Piquant Cocktail Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients:

2 lb. ground chuck
1 c. corn flake crumbs
1/3 c. parsley flakes
2 eggs
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 c. catsup
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 (1 lb.) can jellied cranberry sauce
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Cooking Directions:

Combine and form small balls. Put in oblong baking dish.

SAUCE:

1 (1 lb.) can jellied cranberry sauce1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce2 tbsp. brown sugar1 tbsp. lemon juice

Cook above until cranberry sauce is melted. Pour over meat balls. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes about 45-50 minutes.
