Crab Meat Rolls Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c. tomato juice1 well beaten egg
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. chopped celery leaves
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat
Bacon strips (45 - 1/3's)
Cooking Directions:
Mix all ingredients except bacon. Form in rectangle in palm of hand-wrap with bacon; secure with toothpicks. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until done. Makes 45. Do not drain crab. Can be frozen (freeze raw, thaw to room temperature.Other Recipes you might like:
