Delicious Creamy Mushroom Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
12 oz. mushrooms1 med. onion
1 stick butter
8 oz. bar cream cheese
Cooking Directions:
Finely chop mushrooms and onion. Melt butter in frying pan. Fry onions until transparent (approximately 4 minutes). Add mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, until water evaporates (approximately 15 minutes).Break up cream cheese and stir into mixture until melted through. Transfer to serving bowl.
