Dried Beef Log Recipe
Ingredients:
2 sm. jars dried beef1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
Chopped parsley
Cooking Directions:
Place dried beef in blender container. Process until finely chopped. Combine beef with remaining ingredients except parsley. Shape into a 6 x 12 inch log. Roll in chopped parsley. Serve with crackers.Other Recipes you might like:
