Homemade Egg Noodles Recipe
Ingredients:
3 egg yolks1 whole egg
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
Cooking Directions:
Beat egg yolks and egg well. Beat in water and salt. Measure flour by dip level - pour method. Stir flour with a spoon. Divide into 3 parts. Roll each real thin. Place between 2 towels until very dry. Roll up and slice.Other Recipes you might like:
