Cocktail Brownies Recipe

Ingredients:

2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch salt
1 stick butter
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa

Cooking Directions:

Mix flour and sugar; set aside. Mix eggs, buttermilk, soda and cinnamon; set aside. Bring butter, oil, water and cocoa to a boil and add to flour mixture. Then add egg mixture. Bake in 18 x 12 x 1 inch pan for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

Frosting: Heat 1 stick butter, 4 tablespoons cocoa and 6 tablespoons milk to boiling. Remove from heat and beat in 1 box powdered sugar. Add 1/2 cup nuts. Spread hot frosting on hot cake.
