Fruit Cocktail Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c. plain flour1 egg
1 can fruit cocktail
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. brown sugar, optional
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. nuts
Cooking Directions:
Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes.FROSTING:
1 stick butter1 c. sugar1/2 c. coconut1/2 c. brown sugar, optional1 c. milk1 tsp. vanilla1 1/2 c. nuts
Mix butter, milk, and sugars and cook for 12 minutes. Then add vanilla, coconut, and nuts. Pour over cake.
