Apple Banana Crunch Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

3 med. apples, peeled and cut into chunks
2 med. bananas, peeled and cut into chunks
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. butter
1 unbaked pie shell

Cooking Directions:

Combine first 3 ingredients and let stand 10 minutes. Combine next 6 ingredients and mix until crumbly. Arrange fruit in pie shell. Sprinkle the crumbly mixture over fruit. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cover top with foil if it browns too quickly. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
