Blueberry And Peach Cobbler Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. sugar2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. peeled sliced fresh peaches
1 c. blueberries
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, softened
Cooking Directions:
In a saucepan, combine first 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring until thick. Add fruit and pour into a 2 quart baking dish. For topping, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir in milk and butter. Spread over fruit mixture and bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until topping is golden brown and tests done. Serve warm.Yield: about 6 servings.
