Ingredients:

2 c. elderberry juice
2 c. apple juice
3 c. sugar
2 c. chokecherry juice
2 c. apple juice
3 c. sugar
3 c. grape juice
1 c. sumac juice
3 c. sugar

Cooking Directions:

Boil until it sheets from a spoon. Skim the foam off. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.

CHOKECHERRY JELLY:

GRAPE SUMAC JELLY:

3 c. grape juice1 c. sumac juice3 c. sugar

Boil until it sheets from a spoon. Skim the foam off. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
