Delightful Zucchini Recipe
Ingredients:
1 stick butter, melted3 med. zucchini, sliced
2 med. onions, sliced
3 green peppers, cut in strips
1 c. Italian style bread crumbs
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. olive oil
1 sm. can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place melted butter in a casserole dish. Arrange zucchini, onions and peppers in layers. Sprinkle bread crumbs, oil, tomato sauce and Mozzarella cheese over mixture. Cover and bake 50 to 60 minutes.Serves 4 to 6.
