Hamburger Pinwheels Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c. buttermilk mix, such as Bisquick2/3 c. milk
3/4 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
Cooking Directions:
Mix biscuit mix and milk according to directions on package, adding just enough milk so dough clings together, but can be rolled out.Roll out on floured board to about 1/4 inch thickness. Shape into a rectangle.
Mix ground beef, onion, salt, and pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Spread this on dough. Roll up as for a jelly roll. Slice about 1 inch thick. Put slices on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees, about 20-25 minutes.
While pinwheels are baking, simmer undiluted tomato soup. Serve this over the pinwheels.
