Sauerkraut Sausage Balls Recipe
Ingredients:
16 oz. sauerkraut, drained dry1 lb. turkey sausage
3/4 c. oats, uncooked
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. flour
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 sm. onion, chopped
Cooking Directions:
Fry onion. Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Shape to form one inch balls. Bake on ungreased shallow baking pan in preheated moderate oven at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm. Yields about 3 dozen balls.Other Recipes you might like:
