1. Dick's Breakfast "milkshake"
1 (8 oz.) carton lowfat yogurt (fruit flavored), 8 oz. nonfat buttermilk, 1 banana, broken into chunks, 6 or 8 frozen whole strawberries or a sm. handful of frozen blueberries or, other fruit without sugar, 1/4 tsp. coconut flavoring, if desired

1 c. cold water, 2 pkgs. Equal, 1 frozen banana, sliced, 4 lg. strawberries, frozen, 4 ice cubes, 1/3 c. non-fat dry milk powder

2 c. milk, 1 c. vanilla ice cream of frozen yogurt, 1 c. fruit such as bananas, strawberries, peaches or raspberries or, A few tbsp. chocolate powder or syrup or use chocolate ice cream, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, Sugar to taste, 3 c. very cold skim milk, 2 c. frozen fruit, partially thawed and broken into sm. chunks, 1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla extract
