2 jiggers dark rum, 2 jiggers Hurricane Passion mix, 2 jiggers lemon juice

10. Hurricane Oatmeal Cake
1 c. old fashioned Quaker oats, 1 1/4 c. boiling water, 2 eggs, 1 c. granulated sugar, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. salt; optional, 1 tsp. cinnamon, generous, 1 c. coconut, 1 c. brown sugar, 6 tbsp. melted butter, 1/2 c. chopped pecans; optional, 1/4 c. evaporated milk
