Fruit Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
About 1 cup of juice (apple, or apricot nectar, or what you think might be good)1/2 banana
A few pieces of any other fruit ie. strawberry, peaches, etc.
Cooking Directions:
Put all these ingredients in blender at HIGH speed until blended. Add ice if you like while blending.This will make about 2 cups of smoothie. Experiment and have fun.
