Jumbo Banana Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 c. sugar6 tbsp. cooking oil
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Cooking Directions:
Cream. Add: 1 tbsp. baking powder 3/4 tsp. saltStir only until moist then fill muffin tins full. Bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes or golden. Yields: 12 to 14 muffins.
