Apricot Or Prune Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c. white sugar3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. salad oil
1 can prune or apricot filling
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
1 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. flour
Nuts, if desired
Cooking Directions:
Mix well and bake in well-greased pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, then 325 degrees for 30 minutes more.Other Recipes you might like:
