Microwave Sandwiches Royale Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c. diced lean ham1 c. shredded zucchini
3/4 c. chopped tomato, drained
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
4 English muffins, split and toasted lightly
Cooking Directions:
Gently mix together the first 5 ingredients. Top each muffin half with mixture, dividing it equally amongst the halves. Place sandwiches on a microwave rack and microwave on high until hot and bubbly, about 4 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.Other Recipes you might like:
