Self - Filling Cup Cakes Recipe

Ingredients:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. half and half
3 tbsp. brown sugar

Cooking Directions:

In bowl, beat cream cheese, salt, sugar and egg until light and fluffy. Stir in chips. Prepare cake batter as directed on box. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with cake mix, add 1 heaping teaspoon of cheese mixture to each cupcake. Bake about 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees or until done.

FROSTING:

3 tbsp. butter3 tbsp. half and half3 tbsp. brown sugar

Boil together for 2 minutes. Add 1 cup powdered sugar.
