Microwave Halibut With Herb Butter Recipe
Ingredients:
1 halibut steak, or portion (thawed)1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. each lemon juice, and chopped parsley
1/8 tsp. dill weed
Dash each salt and pepper
Cooking Directions:
Place halibut on lightly oiled microwave plate. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Turn dish and continue cooking 1 to 2 minutes more until fish flakes easily. Cover and keep warm.In small microwave dish, combine all remaining ingredients. Microwave on low about 20 seconds until butter melts. Stir; pour butter over halibut and serve.
Use this recipe with Orange Roughy also.
