Cupcakes With Lemon Filling Recipe
Ingredients:
1 box yellow Duncan Hines (moist deluxe) cake mix1 box vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. Wesson vegetable oil
3/4 c. cold water
Cooking Directions:
Mix together oil and cold water. Add 2 eggs and half of oil mixture. Then add remaining ingredients and beat for at least 4 hours, until no oil is visible in the batter. Pour into baking cups and bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes.When cool, hollow out and spoon lemon pudding into centers. Top with the cut-off piece and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
