Angel Food Cake With Lemon Filling Recipe
Ingredients:
Angel food cake mix1 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. lemon juice
Rind of 1 lemon
Cooking Directions:
Bake cake according to package directions. Let cool. Slice cake horizontally once or twice. Spread with lemon filling. Mix filling ingredients together. Cook in double boiler 10 to 15 minutes or until mixture coats spoon. Let cool. Pour on layers of cake. Can cover cake with coconut (optional).Other Recipes you might like:
