Banana - Pineapple Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

3 sticks butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 eggs
2 c. confectioners sugar
3 or 4 bananas
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple (well drained)
1 lg. container Cool Whip

Cooking Directions:

Melt 1 stick butter. Add 2 cups graham cracker crumbs and pat evenly into a 9x11 pan.

In a bowl put: 2 sticks butter (softened) 2 c. confectioners sugar

Beat about 5 minutes until the consistency of whipped cream. Spread this on top of the crumbs. Evenly add bananas over creamed mixture. Spread drained pineapple over bananas and spread one large container Cool Whip on top of pineapple. Let set in refrigerator for a while.
