Blueberry Pineapple Dessert Recipe

Ingredients:

1 box vanilla wafers
1 c. cream (whipped) or use 2 1/2 sm. Cool Whips
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
3/4 stick butter
1 egg
1 1/2 pts. blueberries
1 can pineapple tidbits

Cooking Directions:

Crush vanilla wafers and put 3/4 of crumbs in 8x11 dish. Mix whipped cream and nuts. Cover crumbs with cream and nut mixture. Sprinkle blueberries over cream mixture.

Combine sugar, butter and egg. Beat until smooth and spread over blueberries. Cover with pineapple and a little more whipped cream. Sprinkle a few crumbs over top. Cover. Chill 24 hours.
