Crushed Pineapple Drop Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c. brown sugar1 c. shortening
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
4 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
Cooking Directions:
Cream sugar and shortening; add eggs and beat well. Stir pineapple into mixture and add vanilla. Then flour with soda and salt, and drop with teaspoon on baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes in moderate oven.Other Recipes you might like:
