Dee's Pineapple Cream Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

2 pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened (1 - 8 oz. + 1 - 3 oz. pkg.)
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 (20 oz.) can Dole crushed pineapple, well drained
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 Keebler 9" graham cracker crust

Cooking Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

2. In mixing bow., using electric mixer, beat softened cream cheese until fluffy.

3. Add eggs and sugar; beat mixture until smooth. Add vanilla and lemon extracts; mix well.

5. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust.

6. Add well drained crushed pineapple on top.

7. Bake until set, 30 to 45 minutes.

8. Remove from oven and cool.

9. Chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.

10. Eat and enjoy.
