Angel Food Cake And Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tbsp. (1 pkg.) plain gelatin1 sm. can frozen orange juice
Cooking Directions:
Mix and set aside. 2 c. milkFollow directions on box. Then cool slightly. Add to cooled pudding, orange juice and gelatin and 1 teaspoon grated orange rind or dried. Beat 3 egg whites until stiff, then add 3 tablespoons sugar. Fold into cooled pudding mixture.
Break 1 angel food cake into bite-size pieces and put in spring cake pan. Than pour pudding mixture over layer of cake and alternate these two. End with pudding. Chill 6 hours or overnight. Remove outer part of pan. Cover top and sides with whipped cream or Cool Whip. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
