Lemon Pudding Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

1 box yellow cake mix (Swans Down)
1 box lemon gelatin pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. HOT water
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter

Cooking Directions:

Mix together cake ingredients and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. When done, prick top with fork. Mix icing ingredients together and pour over hot cake.
