Moist Fruit Pudding Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 #2 can fruit cocktail2 c. flour
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
Cooking Directions:
Mix together in a bowl. Bake in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Put topping of 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup chopped pecans mixed together. Sprinkle over top before baking. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.Other Recipes you might like:
