Pistachio Pudding Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

1 box yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. club soda
2 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding
1 pt. heavy cream
1 c. milk

Cooking Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in a 9x13 pan.

FROSTING:

2 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding1 pt. heavy cream1 c. milk

Beat until smooth and thick; frost cooled cake.
