Pudding Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

1 yellow cake mix
1/2 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 pt. whipped topping
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 bananas
1/2-1 c. chopped pecans or other nuts

Cooking Directions:

1. Bake cake in 9 x 13 inch pan.

2. Meanwhile, add sugar to pineapple and heat for 5 minutes.

3. Prepare instant pudding.

4. As soon as cake comes from oven, pour hot pineapple mixture over it. Cool.

5. Slice bananas over top of pineapple topping.

6. Spread vanilla pudding over bananas.

7. Spread whipped topping over pudding

8. Sprinkle nuts or coconut over topping.

9. Cut - eat - enjoy, then go back to your diet.
