Sour Cream Raisin Pudding Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c. flour2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. hot water
Cooking Directions:
In large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, sour cream and oil. Mix well. Spread in 8" or 9" square pan. In small bowl combine brown sugar and hot water, pour over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Serve warm.Other Recipes you might like:
