Pecan Pie With Caramel Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
4 eggs, lightly beaten1 cup corn syrup, light or dark
1 cup sugar
2 tbs butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell

Carame l sauce
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. canned milk
Cooking Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium mixing bowl, mix together eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter, and vanilla2) Add pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
3) Bake in oven for 45 to 55 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the center and around the edges comes out clean.
4) Drizzle Caramel Sauce over pecan pie.
