Sadie's Crunchy Caramel Popcorn Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c. packed brown sugar2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. corn syrup
4 c. popped corn
1/4 c. peanuts, optional
Cooking Directions:
In a small sauce pan, melt the sugar, butter, and corn syrup. Add the popcorn and peanuts and stir until evenly coated. Pour the coated popcorn onto a cookie sheet and spread out evenly on the sheet.Bake in the oven at 250°F for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven.
