Light Opera Fudge Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c. sugar1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
Cooking Directions:
Combine sugar, salt, cream, milk and syrup in heavy saucepan. Bring to boil over low heat until boils. Cook to soft ball stage. Add vanilla. Cool to 110 degrees then beat. Add nuts if desired. Pour into buttered dish.Other Recipes you might like:
