Low Fat Baked Ziti Recipe
Ingredients:
Boil 1 lb. ziti to al dente1 lb. fat free ricotta
1/2 lb. fat free Mozzarella cheese
1 egg
Fresh parsley
Salt and pepper
Cooking Directions:
Drain ziti, mix in cheeses and 1 to 2 cups spaghetti, meat sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese. Bake 30 to 45 minutes.Other Recipes you might like:
