Hamburger Hash Brown Hot Dish Recipe
Ingredients:
32 oz. box frozen hash brown patties1 lg. can drained peas
1 c. milk
1 med. diced onion
1 can French fried onions
1 lb. browned hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Cooking Directions:
Butter 9x13 pan. Cover bottom with hash browns. Add browned hamburger, salt, pepper and onions. Sprinkle peas over mixture.Mix soup and milk together and pour over peas. Put cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Take out of oven, remove foil, sprinkle French fried onions on top and bake in oven for 5 or 10 minutes.
