Hash Muffin Squares Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c. corned beef hash (16 oz.)1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1 pkg. corn muffin mix
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In medium size bowl, mix together hash, onion, and egg. In a separate bowl prepare muffin batter according to package directions. Add salt and cheese to batter. Spread half the batter in 8 inch square pan. Then spread on hash mixture. Top with remaining half of batter. Bake about 25-30 minutes.
