Hash Supper Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz.) corned beef hash1 can (8 oz.) sauerkraut (drained)
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Swiss cheese
Cooking Directions:
Chill hash. Remove can top and bottom; push out hash, slice into 4 patties.Stir together sauerkraut and mayonnaise; set aside.
Place patties on a shallow baking pan, heat 10 minutes in 450 degree oven, turning once. Remove from oven and arrange sauerkraut in 4 mounds on baking pan. Place hash patties on kraut, top each patty with 1/2 slice Swiss cheese. Return to oven, bake 4-5 minutes longer.
