Beef Casserole For A Crowd Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck1 c. chopped onions
1 (1 lb.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. chopped pimiento
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1 (10 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked
Cooking Directions:
Brown meat and onions until meat is white and onions are tender. Add all other ingredients and put into a 2 1/2 quart casserole or two smaller casseroles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yield: 12 to 15 servings.Other Recipes you might like:
