1. Dinner Medley
1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 soup can water, 4 med. carrots, thinly sliced, 4 med. potato, thinly sliced, 2 onions, minced, 2 tbsp. parsley, chopped, 1/2 ham, chopped

6. Ham Sausage And Rice Medley
1 lb. fresh ham sausage, 2 c. cooked rice, 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped, 1 tsp. parsley flakes, Salt, to taste, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1/4 tsp. celery salt, Pinch of garlic powder, 1/4 oz. can mushroom pieces, drained, 1 c. grated cheddar cheese

7. Broccoli Rice Medley
2 c. cooked wild rice (white acceptable), 1 tsp. salt, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed & drained or 1 bunch fresh cooked & chopped, 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced, 1 c. julienne strips of cooked ham, 1 c. julienne strips of Swiss cheese, 1/4 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 pt. sour cream, 2 tbsp. vinegar (malt preferred), 1/2 tsp. sugar, 1/4 tsp. fresh pepper, Salt to taste, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

8. Golden Ham Medley
8 oz. macaroni, cooked and drained, 1 bunch broccoli, chopped and cooked, 1 c. ham cubes, 1 c. chopped tomatoes, 1/2 tsp. salt, 3/4 lb. Velveeta, cubed, 2 tbsp. milk, 1/2 c. sour cream

9. Ham And Fresh Vegetable Medley
1 ham slice, 2 lg. tomatoes, 2 green peppers, 1 med. onion, 1 med. yellow straightneck squash, 2 med. zucchini, 2 tsp. basil, 1/2 c. water, Salt and pepper (season to taste), Salad oil (Wesson, Crisco)

10. Ham And Fresh Vegetable Medley
1 lb. fully cooked ham, cut in 1/4" strips, 1 green pepper, cut in 1/2" strips, 1 red pepper, cut in 1/2" strips, 1 onion, cut into 1/2" strips, 2 med. zucchini, cut in 1/2" strips, 3 tbsp. salad oil, 1 med. yellow squash, cut in 1/2" strips, 1/2 c. water, 1 env. chicken bouillon, 2 tbsp. basil, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 2 lg. tomatoes, cut into 8 wedges
