Potato - Hamburger - Corn Hot Dish Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger, browned1 can cream style corn
4 or 5 potatoes
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
Salt & pepper
Cooking Directions:
Slice potatoes thin as for scalloped potatoes. Line bottom of casserole. Make a white sauce of butter, flour, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over potato layer. Add corn. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours in greased, covered casserole.(May use cream of chicken, mushroom or celery soup in place of white sauce - adding enough milk to soup to make 2 cups liquid.)
