Herb Baked Chicken In Wine Recipe
Ingredients:
3 broilers or fryers, cut into eighths1 1/2 c. white wine
1 tsp. each salt, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, paprika, parsley, rosemary, tarragon, thyme
1/4 lb. butter
2 lemons, sliced
Cooking Directions:
Place chicken, skin side up, in large roasting pan. Pour wine over chicken. Combine seasonings and sprinkle over chicken. Dot with butter. Distribute lemon slices over top. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for about 1 1/4 hours. Serves 8.Other Recipes you might like:
