Bea Vincelli's Polish Italian Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 med. onion, chopped
2 or 3 cloves garlic
1 tsp. sweet basil
1 to 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. red hot peppers, crushed
12 soda crackers, finely crushed
Cooking Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients in large bowl. Using a medium size ice cream scoop, firmly form the balls. Place on greased or sprayed 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown. Serve them hot or drop the balls into spaghetti sauce and simmer while cooking the pasta.Other Recipes you might like:
