1 1/2 lb. ground round, 1 egg, 1 sm. onion, minced, Pinch of thyme, Pinch of powdered cloves, 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, 2 c. water, 3 tbsp. vinegar, 3 tbsp. catsup, 2 tsp. brown gravy coloring (Gravy Master), 1/2 tsp. powdered cloves, 1 bay leaf, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, Salt and pepper, Flour or cornstarch
