1. Easy Chow Mein
1 lb. of pork cut into small chunks, 1/2 onion, sliced thin into rings, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 3 c. water, 1 can fancy mixed Chinese vegetables, 1/4 c. soy sauce, 3 tbsp. corn starch, 1 c. dried rice, 1 can dried Chinese noodles

2 lb.
