Mandarin Chow Mein Recipe
Ingredients:
Cook 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. Top Ramen noodles (left over spaghetti works fine)2 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tsp. catsup
1 tsp. sugar
4 sm. cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 lb. pork or beef strips (ground beef can also be used)
3 c. shredded cabbage
1 (18 oz.) can slices bamboo shoots or 1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can bean sprouts, drained or fresh sprouts
1/2 c. shredded coarsely carrot
1/2 c. green pepper
2 green onions, chopped
Cooking Directions:
Put 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil or olive oil in skillet and heat.4 sm. cloves garlic, minced1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 lb. pork or beef strips (ground beef can also be used)
Cook until done.

Stir constantly until cabbage is tender. Add sauce and mix well. Serve over noodles. Very good! Can eliminate some ingredients and add others, sliced celery, etc.
