Sour Cream Brownie Recipe

Ingredients:

2 sticks butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 stick butter, softened
7 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 box confectioners' sugar

Cooking Directions:

After you mix butter, water and cocoa. Mix in eggs, sugar, flour, salt and soda. Mix well. Add sour cream. Bake in large greased and floured pan at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Five minutes before cake is done, make icing.

ICING:

1 stick butter, softened7 tbsp. milk1 tsp. vanilla4 tbsp. cocoa1 box confectioners' sugar

Beat well and pour over cake while still hot. Makes about 20 squares.
