Peanut Butter Raisin Bars Recipe
Ingredients:
4 c. Raisin Bran cereal1 1/2 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. shortening
6 oz. chocolate chips
Cooking Directions:
Mix peanut butter and butter in bowl. Stir in Raisin Bran. Slowly add confectioners' sugar, 1/3 cup at a time. Press into ungreased 9 x 9 or 13 x 9 inch pan. Melt shortening and chocolate chips; spread over mixture. Refrigerate and serve.Other Recipes you might like:
